Cauliflower Pizza Crust

This cauliflower pizza crust is a great alternative to regular pizza crusts because it is gluten-free and low in carbs. You can make it your own by adding your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C

Put the grated cauliflower in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is soft

After the cauliflower has cooled, put it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much water as you can

Put cauliflower that has been squeezed, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl

Combine well

You should add the egg and keep mixing until the mixture looks like dough

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper

Use your hands to make a round pizza crust that is about 1/4 inch thick

After the oven is hot, bake the pie for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is firm and golden brown

Take the crust out of the oven and put on your favorite pizza toppings

Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the toppings are done

This cauliflower pizza is gluten-free and low in carbs

Just slice it up, serve it, and enjoy!
