Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325F 160C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and a pinch of salt
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract
Mix everything together until well combined
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for spreading
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
